Universal Fastening System The KwikBlock is a securing device made from a very strong high density copolymer polypropylene and is virtually impervious to water, UV rays, and chemicals. It can be fastened to most any surface by use of nails, screws, or adhesives. By combining KwikBlock with a tethering system (tie wraps, hose clamps, etc) it can be used to secure and/or support most sizes of piping, wiring, and other products presently on the market. The key to the KwikBlock is it’s patented “V” top and stair stepped surface. Together they provide a nesting area for almost all cylindrical objects. Our customers have used the block to mount: wires, conduit, HVAC ducting, cables, fluid lines, rope lighting, and water pipes; just to name a few. Our customers include: fast food restaurants (run fuild lines for drink machines), boating (run cabling), aviation (run wires and cabling but we are not FFA approved), recreational vechicles ( mount pipes and wiring), race cars (cabling and wires), software companies (networking cables), manufactured housing (piping and wiring), vending (fluid lines), Do-It-Yourselfers (more uses than I ever thought of), and of course Mechanical, Plumbing, and Electrical our strongest three markets. The KwikBlock is UR rated and requires the combined use of vinyl or steel cable ties, hose clamps, plumbers tape, or other basic products that are presently employed by tradesmen in their respective fields of work.
